Leanne Ford

Leanne is a strategic digital communications and marketing professional with agency, charity and public sector experience. She uses a range of tools to track spontaneous digital activity to discover the brands, content and people being discussed online.

A good starting point to many of our client’s questions is what can we learn from listening to people online, whether via social media, or on forums and blogs. It can be helpful in shaping ideas for campaigns or product innovation, and these can then be tested in more formal primary research.

Leanne’s positive personality and can-do attitude fit right in with the rest of the team.
She balances screen time with a love of movement – playing recreational netball, running, lifting weights and relaxing with yoga.
