Our client, Fraction, is a strategic consultancy, focussed on helping significant global leaders across a range of industries find new growth. A UK-based restaurant approached Fraction to help develop a new concept to meet consumers’ needs for restaurant- quality food at home.
The initial work involved a review of the current landscape, to understand relevant UK and global trends in dine-in and dine-out. The subsequent stage involved a series of face to face focus groups to get behind the habits and behaviours of consumers in relation to dine-in and dine-out opportunities, and to test some new concepts and formats for our client’s brand.
The client was delighted that this work led to a successful commercial partnership of their food products being available fresh and cooked from a major UK supermarket.
